Conference Share
Conference Share is an on-demand webcast, streaming, and playback system specifically designed for the meeting and events industry. We film your presenters, capture their slides, and put your entire program online or on disc with interactive links for attendees and registered members to learn about the speakers and presentations on offer, ask questions or post comments, and watch presentations in a high quality format.
The Conference Share service has been designed to deliver rapid turnaround of presentations. While it is not a live streaming service, online access and playback for a single presentation can often be achieved within the hour. Additionally, you are not restricted by where or how you store and distribute your presentations.

Conference Share has been designed to enrich the live event process by providing additional sponsorship and networking opportunities as well as the means to build an attractive and beneficial post event library. With Conference Share there are different levels to which you can achieve this depending on the feature set that you choose.
Standard Features
When you order a CS production with the standard feature set, Infoshare Technologies will supply you with a master copy of your event on disc that can be used for duplication and distribution purposes, or uploaded to your own server. A standard production includes the following.
Premium Features
A premium CS production provides the highest level of copy protection, access control, reporting, networking features, speed of delivery and ease of management. Central to this is your own fully managed and secure CS database which enables you to build a library of events and presentations over time. You also get your own domain where viewers can access the talks. And if you already have a website, we can set up your account so that your talks can only be accessed from there.

Formats
There are a few presentation capture and streaming formats, storage and distribution options, as well as compatibility issues to think about.
Recording and Streaming Formats
A CS production usually consists of a video window for the presenter, and another larger video window for slides and movies. However, it is possible to stream any combination including audio only, video only, or two simultaneous videos.
Additionally, in a standard cs production, videos are progressively downloaded but it is possible to stream videos from the CS server using a real time networking protocol (requires account).
Storage and Distribution
Standard CS Production: Infoshare Technologies will supply you with a master copy of your event in two ready-to-go formats on disc; a stand alone application version that can be duplicated and distributed on disc, and a http version that can be uploaded to your own server.
Account holders: If you choose to maintain a CS account, you'll receive a domain where your users can access your talks and Infoshare Technologies will take care of the upload for you. Then you can direct your viewers there, or, if you already have a site, we'll setup your account so that users can only access your talks from your website.

Compatibility
Conference Share is built on top of the Adobe Flash and Adobe Air platforms and can be viewed on any device. In most cases, your presentations can be viewed in the browser without the need to download and install any applications. For Apple i-Pad users, your Conference Share production can be converted into a downloadable Adobe Air app and made available thorugh the i-tunes app store.
Getting Started
Conference Share is a fully managed service so getting started is easy!
Step One: Contact us and tell us about your event. We'll confirm the details and send you a quote.
Step Two: We'll send you logon details for accessing your project. Here you'll be able to access and update your event, sponsor, talk, and speaker details including uploading images and photos. Or just send us your program and we'll do it for you.
Step Three: On the day of your event, we'll film your speakers, get a copy of the presentations, and upload the talks for immediate viewing. That's it! The only piece of equipment we'll need to interface with is the sound desk.
Customisation
There are a range of customisations available relating to the interface's appearance, functionality, and service.
Appearance: The CS interface has been designed with neutral colors so that your event's branding and conference logos clearly stand out. But if you want to redesign the interface we're happy to work with you to achieve your desired look.
Functionality: Want to add particular functionality to your event library? If you're an account holder we're willing to work with you to develop the features and functions you're after.
Service: Are you an event producer? Or have you already organised someone to film your presentations? There are distinct quality and speed of service advantages to having Infoshare Technologies film and capture your presentations. But if you want to supply the content yourself you can.

Shop around. When it comes to webcasting, the Conference Share service is fantastic value. In many cases a third of the cost! And CS is much more cost effective than producing your presentations for DVD.
